First off, it looks like something from the new Tron: Legacy film.

My Remington Titanium MS2 370 shaver was just not doing the job any more, even after changing out the cutters and foils.

So I checked online and found this one for about $40 at amazon.com, with good reviews.

I let it charge overnight, and used it for the first time this morning.

It’s whisper-quiet, which is the absolute opposite of the jet engine that the Remington was.

And it gave me a closer shave than that Remington ever gave me.

This is my 4th electric razor that I’ve owned in about 25 years, and my second Norelco.  I should have gotten a similar one instead of the Remington a few years back.

Willpower.

More times than not, the points system has stopped me from grossly overeating, or simply not eating something that I really want to.

Case in point:

I was hungry and I didn’t make breakfast at home.

On my way to work, I bought a Sausage, Egg and Cheese english muffin sandwich from 7-Eleven.  When I got to the office, I opened it up, looked at it, then turned to the internet to get calorie information on this thing.

It rang up at about 466 calories, with almost 30 grams of fat.  Weight Watchers points: 12.

Gah.

I looked at the sandwich again, re-wrapped it, and gave it to one of my co-workers.

I then went and got my usual bagel and creme cheese from the cafeteria (4 points).

Ring capacity (actually my HTC EVO): 85%

Over the weekend I logged onto ‘Tribble’, the public test server, and checked out a new upcoming feature for Star Trek Online: Ship Interiors.  I’m guessing that we’ll have missions aboard the ship soon.
